Tickton Village Hall has two principal rooms available for hire, supported by associated facilities and provisions

Large Hall – Size: 20m x 8.5m

Suitable for Functions, Meetings, Presentations, Sales, Fairs & Events. (conditions apply)

  • Capacity for seating 120 -130
  • Capacity for standing 150 – 195 (entire Premises Licensed for 195)
  • Light and airy with high ceiling.
  • Flexible layout – theatre style for entertainment, presentations and events;  café style for parties
  • Direct access to kitchen and toilets

Small Meeting Room  – Size: 9.5m x 5.1m

Suitable for Meetings and Small Groups and Organisations – not suitable for parties. (conditions apply)

  • Capacity for seating 25-30 approx.
  • Capacity for standing 35 approx.
  • Access to Kitchen
  • Self contained with direct access to kitchen and toilets

Kitchen

Our large working kitchen is available to hire, subject to hire conditions. Facilities include:

  • Oven and hob
  • Water boiler
  • Food preparation space
  • Function crockery and cutlery, available if required

Car Park and Access

  • Accessible parking space
  • 18 general parking spaces
  • Overflow parking available at Cullington Field
  • Level access throughout the building

Other Building Facilities

Hire Rates

Please note that there is a minimum charge of two hours for all hires.

Confirmation of hire is dependent upon payment being made before the hire date.

Payment is required by bank transfer.

Small Meeting Room

Suitable for meetings and small social groups, with a maximum capacity of 30 people.

Village/Parish resident, not-for-profit: £6.00 per hour
Non-resident or commercial use: £12.00 per hour

Large Hall

Suitable for meetings, exercise classes and social groups, with a maximum capacity of 45 people.

Village/Parish resident, not-for-profit: £10.00 per hour
Non-resident or commercial use: £20.00 per hour

Kitchen Hire

Village/Parish resident: £10.00 per hour
Non-resident or commercial use: £20.00 per hour

Large Hall — Parties, Events and Functions

Maximum capacity: 120 seated or 150 standing

This rate applies to parties, celebrations, dances, displays, sales, fairs, events and functions, with or without food or bar facilities. Conditions apply.

Village/Parish resident, not-for-profit: £30.00 per hour plus £50 returnable deposit
Non-resident or commercial use: £40.00 per hour plus £50 returnable deposit

Wedding Parties and Receptions

Important Notice

Bouncy castles and inflatables are not permitted inside the building or in the car park.
